Company History

Coral Springs Appliance Center (C.S.A.C.) was established in 1969 by Coral Ridge Properties (a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Corp.) prime
Developer of Coral Springs. C.S.A.C. grew out of the need to supply local builders with major appliances to both the single family market and the fast growing
HIGH RISE BUSINESS along the GALT OCEAN MILE in Ft. Lauderdale. This effort was guided by Ken Cooper and his staff until 1975 when C.R.P. and Westinghouse began to withdraw from community development. Mr. Cooper purchased C.S.A.C. from C.R.P. in 1975 and continues today, after more than 40 years, to supply the
housing market (from Jupiter to Key West) with luxury appliances i.e.: Sub-Zero/Wolf , Miele, Thermador, Viking, Jenn-Air, General Electric, KitchenAid, True and
more. C.S.A.C. works well with the design group, the upscale builder’s and their high profile customers. C.S.A.C. maintains one of the finest luxury showroom’s in
the country.
